You're wasting your time chasing a million followers who couldn't care less if you disappeared tomorrow.
The internet tells you that you need a massive following to be successful. But there are brands out here proving that strategy is dead wrong, by doing the exact opposite.
Instead of chasing everyone, they pick a lane and own it. They build for a specific group of people. And that group shows up for them, consistently, loyally, every single time.
You see the same people supporting the same brand year after year. That's not luck. That's what happens when a brand stops trying to please everyone and starts being everything to someone.
They don't beg for attention. They don't run desperate sales. They just show up, and their people do the same.
"When you niche down, you stop competing on size and start competing on loyalty. And loyal people don't need convincing."
The lesson here is simple: stop trying to be for everyone. Start being everything to a specific group. When you do that, you don't have to sell anymore — you just announce, and watch sales take off.
