Your call-to-action is not a G-spot. It shouldn't be this hard to find.
While your designer is out here trying to win an award, your business is struggling to make sales. If your design isn't crystal clear on how to buy from you, your cou-cou is cooked.
As a graphic designer for over twenty-something years, I understand that design isn't just about making things look pretty. If your post looks like a masterpiece but nobody's buying what you're selling, you're wasting money.
I see it all the time. Brands making their logo so big it's competing with the actual product, making the call-to-action impossible to find. That wasted space should be showing off what you actually sell.
You're not designing for your personal feelings or your ego. You're designing for the customer, and for results. Keep it simple, and focus on one goal per post.
Your design should simply show your audience what to buy and exactly where to buy it.
"Good design is like Waze. It's supposed to lead people straight to the destination, without any wrong turns or unnecessary distractions."
Think you could've explained this better? Prove it.
